i won’t stop using the forums altogether, i’ll just only reply to threads when i really feel like i have something to say or when i want to talk to my friends or something. i won’t read every thread that gets posted

Drunkgecko, aka Skarlet Oktavia has deleted her account due to embarrassment over her final breakdown and a lack of point in using it anymore.

For years, i had defended her when the mods had treated her unfairly. Was i white knighting for someone i barely knew in a desperate attempt for friendship? Yes. Was there hundreds of better things i could have done to help her? Also yes. But at the end of the day, she was someone i considered a friend and an iconic part of the forums, for better or worse. I wish her all the best in her future and i hope she finds a light at the end of the tunnel. Thank you.

man im really starting to not like the forums at all. idk if its just me but these days it seems to be just old people bitching about politics and how much they hate their lives. maybe its always been like that, and ive just become more of a bitch. oh well, the sites getting money either way so it doesnt really matter. at least skarlet drunkgecko is still cool

Right now im reading through IDW's Transformers: More Than Meets The Eye comic by James Roberts and i bloody love it. It is complete and utter quirky softboy tumblrbait and i am just eating that shit up like a pig out of a trough my GOD this shit is good. A neat thing Roberts likes to do is use songs he likes as a "soundtrack" for each issue to set the mood, heres the song he uses as the main theme of the whole series and it is damn good.

i dont really have a good reason, im just lazy honestly.

had my birthday and christmas just recently, i got a lot of money which is always nice, as well as 300$ worth of gift cards (i bought a 4k bluray player with em)

im planning to buy a years worth of supporter ($40 aud godam) then ill be active, uploading my art backlog, checking all the forums pings i couldnt see, etc

itll also get rid of that terrible fucking banner which is nice
